Position would be full time – 40 hrs a week over 5 days.

OFFICE ASSISTANT
We are looking to welcome someone to join our friendly Admin team.
Duties will include: Answering phones and directing calls
Learning Sales Invoicing and preparation of documents for shippingInputting Purchase Ledger Invoices
Updating and posting Petty Cash, going to the bank.
Plus getting involved in any other Admin tasks that arise
Experience is always helpful, but more important is friendly approach, and good work ethic, and a willingness to learn, full training will be given so ideal for a young person with little experience.Position would be full time – 40 hrs a week over 5 days.
