- Salary Range: £31,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience)

Day-to-day of the role:
- Administer HR areas including benefits, employee relations, and recruitment.
- Develop and ensure compliance with Employment policies.
- Support payroll processing and recruitment with a focus on inclusivity.
- Manage data for organisational reporting and handle confidential information securely.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CIPD membership and qualification at least Level 3 or equivalent experience.
- Solid HR Generalist experience with knowledge of best practices and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage complex situations.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
