WHAT WE OFFER- The Start Date of employment will be: May 2025
- Starting salary of £28,000 per annum, based on competence and experience.
- 39 hours working 5 days per week including, early mornings, late evenings, and alternate weekends. Working hours between 6am & 9:30pm

Who we are looking for:- You are passionate about people and strive to deliver high quality customer service.
- You enjoy leading, supporting, coaching and mentoring a team of people.
- You are someone who delivers goals and targets by leading your team effectively.
- You are someone that can analyse data and turn your findings into tangible actions to achieve results based on business goals.
- You lead by example, supporting your team and the wider business as and when required.
- You must have at least 12 months experience leading a team of at least 5 people.
- You have experience planning for succession thorough regular performance evaluations, coaching, and mentoring your team.
- You have good IT literacy and are comfortable learning and working with new systems.
- Ability to implement structural way of working within the area of responsibility.
- You have experience working within a Logistics environment.
Due to health and safety you need to be over 18 years old.
This role will require manual handling.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY- Ensure efficient daily Fulfilment Operations to achieve the best possible customer experience.
- Responsible for coaching, developing, and inspiring a hard-working team, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to IKEA health, safety, and security regulations and Code of Conduct.
- Work with the team to achieve business goals, review workloads to ensure daily volume handling and meet seasonal demands, all while keeping costs low.
