Community Nursing Associate

The post holder will be responsible for their own daily caseload with supervision and support from the Clinical Lead and the Band 5 & 6 Nurses. You will be expected to have excellent communication skills & IT skills and be able to provide evidence of working successfully at Band 3 and above.
The post holder will need to show their experience of contributing to assessments and care planning and carrying out interventions to contribute to patient health and wellbeing. Please see job description for necessary qualifications & experience required.

The post holder will have access to training and supervision that will build upon their skills and will help them to progress as a competent band 4. The post holder will need to be a car driver with a full current driving licence .
