Internal Auditor
Hybrid – Hook, Hampshire/ London (2 days per week)
Full Time, Permanent
Salary
- £40,000
- £50,000 dependent on experience per annum

Join our dynamic audit team as an Internal Auditor, where you will participate in the audit lifecycle from planning to reporting and follow up. You will develop your ability to identify and assess risks and processes and how to improve their effectiveness.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference and lead a small team of junior auditors. This position offers an opportunity for professional growth and development for a self-starter within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits across various departments.
- Design testing strategies to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and report the status of audit issues and agreed management actions.
What You’ll Need to Do the Role:
- Desirable educated to degree level.
- Desirable achieved or studying for a professional qualification (e.g. CIA or ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
- Entry level position, some experience or knowledge of internal auditing advantageous (or an equivalent e.g. external audit, process consulting).
- Ambitious and energetic, curious, proactive and responsive.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, including occasional long haul.
