Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency, is seeking a dynamic Lettings Manager to become a vital part of their close-knit team in the Norwich area. This is your chance to work in a supportive environment where your contributions are valued!
The key objective will be to generate valuation leads, attend valuations, win new instructions, and increase the current portfolio. This must be achieved whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
As a Lettings Manager, you will be offered:
- Basic salary of up to £30,000

To be considered for the Lettings Manager role, you must have:
- Experience in Lettings
- Some management experience
- Knowledge of the Norwich market
- Proven track record winning new business
- ARLA Level 3 ideal however not essential
- Strong negotiation skills
- Career driven
As a Lettings Manager, your role will involve:
- Turning valuations into instructions
- Help assist lead, train, and mentor staff members
- General admin duties
- Assisting with Property Management when needed
- Leading by example
