We are seeking an experienced Sales and Group Booking Manager to take charge of all group bookings and sales activities at Babylon Park. You will be key in managing and coordinating group experiences, events, and customer interactions to deliver unforgettable moments to every visitor.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Group Booking Manager to take charge of all group bookings and sales activities at Babylon Park. You will be key in managing and coordinating group experiences, events, and customer interactions to deliver unforgettable moments to every visitor.
As a leader in customer service and sales strategy, you’ll drive revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure seamless operations in group bookings and private events.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and execute sales strategies to maximise revenue from group bookings and corporate packages.
- Group Booking Management: Coordinate all aspects of group bookings, including reservations, planning, and communication to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and personalising experiences to exceed expectations.
- Team Coordination: Lead and collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless service for all group events and parties.
- Customer Service Excellence: Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service, fostering a culture of "customer obsession" within the team.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any issues to ensure smooth event execution and satisfaction.
- Promotion & Outreach: Engage with clients and potential customers via social media and other channels to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on booking trends, customer feedback, and sales metrics to drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- Customer Service Expertise: A proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service in a sales-oriented environment.
- Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, ideally within the entertainment, events, or hospitality sectors.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on interpersonal skills and customer engagement.
