Our client is an outstanding Independent Financial Advice Company which provides the full range of Financial and Legal Advice. The company has an established and highly experienced Mortgage, Financial, Protection and Legal advisers. They are now recruiting self-employed Independent Financial Advisers to offer high quality holistic financial advice and estate planning.

You will have access to the whole of the market to offer better products to your customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients.
  • Develop customised financial plans based on clients' goals and risk tolerance.
  • Recommend suitable investment options and monitor portfolios.
  • Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Assist with retirement planning, including estimating income needs and optimising savings.
  • Provide tax-efficient strategies to minimise liabilities.
  • Help clients create estate plans and minimise estate taxes.
  • The successful advisers will have the ability and desire to generate new clients themselves.
  • Educate clients about financial concepts and investment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and ethical standards.

On Offer:

  • Use of servers, with IT support provided. All stationery, Business cards, Client agreements, Fact Finds and Marketing brochures will be provided.
  • You will be provided Fact Finds, Template Suitability Report Letters, Document storage and management, Mortgage and Protection Research tools, Monthly Consultants meetings, Simply Biz enhanced commission and Procuration fees, CPD recording and Annual Knowledge testing software through Competent Adviser.
  • You will receive support with your administration, which will include keying client related data onto our systems, help in maintaining your client file records accurately, completing the anti-money laundering as required by the FCA, assistance with completing your product research, report writing, and sending your reports and recommendation to clients.
  • You will be required to attend company monthly meetings, ensure your CPD is up to date, and you meet the FCA requirements for competent adviser status, including IDD training.
  • We and you will book your appointments into your diary and jointly be responsible for your diary management. You will be able to use the company offices to conduct client meetings and will be allocated an office desk and computer in the office for use when you are in the office.
  • Supported with study programs and exam training and will be subsidised for the cost of these.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Able to bring onboard your own existing client base.
  • DIPFA L4 diploma essential.
  • Minimum 5 years IFA experience.
  • An in-depth knowledge of the Financial Advice sector.
  • Ability to give fully regulated and compliant advice.
  • You must be able to deliver high quality advice, getting to know and understand your client’s requirements and put plans in place to meet these.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Essential that you are a self-motivated individual.
Legal Services Fee Share
  • You will receive 60% of the net fees we receive from clients after deduction of any countywide costs on clients you introduce to the business.
  • For clients we introduce to you from the business, which will include leads from seminars, marketing and events, shows and website/ social media enquiries.
  • You will receive 40% of the net fees/commissions we receive from clients after deduction of any countywide costs.
  • Where you are registered to provide legal services, you will be responsible for the legal services registration costs and the software licence fee for your registration. This is currently £80 pcm plus vat and is subject to change.
The fee shares terms: office/home-based Model - Fee share at 60% to the Adviser
  • You will receive 60% of the net fees/commissions we receive from Mortgage lenders or Insurance providers on clients you introduce to the business.
  • You will receive 40% of the net fees/commissions we receive from Mortgage lenders or Insurance providers on clients we introduce to you from the business, which will include leads from seminars, marketing and events, shows and website/ social media enquiries.
  • You will be responsible for any clawback or reclaims for cancelled policies or where a fee/commission is reclaimed by a provider.
