Finance Business Partner

• Job Title: Finance Business Partner
• Duration: 6 months
• Day rate: £350.00 - £450.00 per day (Via umbrella)
• Hybrid Working: 3 days remote and 2 on site
• Location: Bristol

This is an incredible opportunity for an individual looking to join an organisation that requires an individual to make their own stamp, understand what good looks like and engage with senior stakeholders across the business.

You will be reporting into the finance director and be responsible for:

• Deliver insightful financial analysis, including performance reviews and market trends, to guide senior management with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to enhance overall delivery and effectively manage relationships during critical issue resolution.
• Build and sustain strong connections with regional and country CFOs, as well as Group Finance, to ensure smooth service and solution execution.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of business strategy through financial insights and industry knowledge.
• Track and evaluate KPIs and metrics to monitor and improve month-end reporting effectiveness.
• Build partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders, such as Group IT, to support seamless operations.
• Maintain a solid understanding of business operations and performance indicators specific to the sector

Experience or qualification required:

• Qualified by experience or qualified (ACA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Experience with a large ERP system.
• Resilience and strong understanding of P&L/Balance sheet.
• Previous experience with an outsourced provider (Desirable)
• Experience in a finance business partner position.
