The Role:We're seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead our dedicated bar team, maintain exceptional service standards, and contribute to the continued success of our food and beverage operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading and developing the bar team
- Managing stock levels and supplier relationships
- Ensuring exceptional service standards
- Cash handling and reconciliation
- Maintaining health and safety compliance
- Creating and implementing drink promotions
- Supporting the F&B Manager in daily operations
- Roster management and team scheduling
Hours: Full-time position including evenings and weekends (rota basis)
