Your new role
Senior Planner required for a major construction project on the Suffolk/Norfolk border, where you will be required to provide planning and programming expertise to the pre-contract and project teams.
Main duties:
- Create comprehensive tender programs and method statements, presenting them confidently.
- Ensure project success by initiating and tracking performance metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
- Efficiently integrate design, procurement, and construction elements for optimal performance.
- Accurately prepare schedules and analyse quotes for time-related preliminaries.
- Effectively manage changes, providing advice on Extension of Time implications when necessary.
