• Day shifts PermanentThe key aim of the Maintenance Operative is to work as part of the maintenance team to perform general maintenance, both preventative and repair at our manufacturing, galvanising and powder coating facilities to ensure we are running as safely and productively as possible.Key Duties & Tasks:Maintain operational availability of all equipment on site to maximise the uptimeGeneral maintenance and repair of all machines, equipment, and facilitiesEnsure safe working practices using approved processes, in line with current legislation, at all timesEnsure all processes adhere to current ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standardsWork with the production teams to identify and implement process improvementsGeneral repairs to buildings and facilitiesHydraulic and pneumatic lines/pumps fault diagnosis and repairsElectrical repairs and installations dependent on qualifications and experienceWork with the team to move towards a preventative maintenance regime instead of a reactive systemComplete paperwork in a timely manner to ensure records are kept up to dateTraining and mentoring apprentices as appropriateRequirements:Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role Electrical Experience
