This Legal 500 ranked firm has built a loyal client base over the years who use their services time and time again.Within this Personal Injury Solicitor role, you will be running your own complex caseload of EL/PL matters, RTA work, Fast Track claims and some great exposure to Inquiries and Inquests.
Your other day-to-day duties may include:
Managing litigated files within your caseload including Highway Law, Occupiers Liability, Employment Liability and Housing disrepairAnalysing and preparing records
Supporting on Business Development Initiatives
Claims handling
