Job Description- Lead and manage a team of 20 operatives.
- Oversee manufacturing processes within the department.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards.
- Collaborate with other department leads to achieve company goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide staff training and development opportunities.
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Team Lead' should have:
- A degree in a Manufacturing field.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A competitive salary range of around £32,000 per annum.
- Shifts; Monday to Thursday Days & Nights
