JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an IT Apprentice / Apprenticeship Trainee who has an interest in technology and is keen to break into the industry.

Working as an IT Apprentice / Apprenticeship Trainee you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced IT professionals.

This apprenticeship will provide the IT Apprentice / Apprenticeship Trainee with the skills and knowledge needed to support various IT functions, including troubleshooting technical issues, setting up hardware, and assisting with software installations.

Throughout the apprenticeship, you will also work towards achieving a nationally recognised qualification in IT whilst earning a very competitive salary.

• As the IT Apprentice / Apprenticeship Trainee you will need:
• A genuine interest in IT and technology
• Basic understanding of computer systems and software
• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, with a minimum grade of C/4
