You will take ownership of a high-potential territory, working closely with independent opticians to drive growth through a mix of account development and new business. The role combines commercial responsibility with relationship management, offering the chance to make a real impact across your region.Business Development Executive – Role
Manage and develop a portfolio of independent optical accounts across LondonDrive sales growth in line with agreed targets, focusing on both value and product mix
Identify and win new business through proactive prospecting, networking and cold calling
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted partner
Deliver tailored commercial solutions, promotions and initiatives to maximise performance
Manage pipeline, enquiries and territory activity to ensure consistent results
Business Development Executive – Requirements
Qualified Dispensing Optician or experienced Practice ManagerStrong understanding of the independent optical market
Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Full UK driving licence
