We require an experienced and well organised Administrator to take responsibility for all aspects of Nursery admissions, organising staff CPD and parent workshops. Job description:
You will be the initial point of contact for all admissions enquiries, providing routine information regarding the Nursery admissions process.- Responsible for all aspects of Nursery admissions.
- Organising and recording staff CPD, as well as publicising and organising a range of parent workshops.
- Managing bookings, organising schedules, sending out materials, analysing feedback and maintaining staff training files.
- Additionally, you will take charge of all aspects of preparing and presenting the nursery calendar of events.
Additional duties include:
- Assisting the Principal or school leaders with administrative tasks whenever requested.
Place of work: North London, N7 9EY
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week for 48 weeks of the year. The Nursery is open from 8am to 6pm and staff work within a shift system (8am-5pm/8.30am-5.30pm/ 9am-6pm. This is a permanent position.
Start: AsapStarting salary: Up to £30,000 dependant on qualifications and experience and will be discussed at interview stage.

Our ideal candidate will be organised and flexible, and will have excellent administration, communication and writing skills. You will have great attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team. Working within busy and dynamic educational settings, you will be able to interact with parents, pupils and visitors in a polite and helpful manner.You will ideally hold a degree, but we will consider experienced applicants educated to A Level, with GCSEs in English and Maths (essential).
