We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Identify and understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable sales for the company
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements to the sales manager
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and selling skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the sales of similar products is an advantage
