Salary: £23,000 plus an annual 5% bonusLocation: Newcastle under Lyme

As a Fleet Services Executive responsibilities include:- Collaborate with the Fleet Services Manager and team to deliver top-notch customer support, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
- Manage customer inquiries, workflows, and daily activities within defined SLAs to support our fleet drivers effectively.
- Take ownership of end-to-end processes related to client accounts, with a focus on developing meaningful relationships with key contacts.
- Utilise your expertise to make informed decisions that align with customer priorities and internal business deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with team members to provide effective support for client contracts and projects.
- Maintain data quality by identifying and rectifying errors or omissions promptly.
- Efficiently escalate and resolve inquiries or complaints, prioritizing customer satisfaction for the best possible outcomes.
