We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in our newly refurbished Delta Hotels in Bristol. Main Duties-- Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role.
- To assist with the HR duties of the department including recruitment, performance reviews and training.
- To help achieve and exceed the overall financial goal and objectives
- To maintain guest satisfaction scores and ensure compliance of brand standard throughout the operations
- Ensure the correct procedures for stock and cash handling are being maintained
- To ensure full compliance with health and safety across the hotel.
- Empower hosts to provide excellent customer service and understand expectations
- Ensure the development of supervisors and hosts in order to promote in the future.
