The PWR team at Teaching Personnel are working with an Ofsted-graded 'Good' Academy in Leeds to recruit a Maths Teacher for a permanent position. Key Details:
- Location: Leeds
- Start Date: Easter or February half term (dependent on candidate availability)
- Salary: MPS/UPS (Potential TLR available for the right candidate)
The Role:
- Planning and delivering engaging and challenging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Supporting students of all abilities to achieve their best possible outcomes
- Contributing to curriculum development and extra-curricular activities
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the teaching and learning experience
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching Maths at secondary level
- Be passionate about their subject and committed to student progress
- Have strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire learners
- Be open to continuous professional development and contributing to a dynamic teaching team
