Marie Curie are recruiting for a Hub Coordinator to join our team in Tiverton, Devon, on a part-time basis. As a Hub Coordinator, you will play a key role as part of our clinical support team as you act as a first point of contact for all Marie Curie services across Devon.
Collaborating closely with Senior Coordinators, you will help maintain the efficient operation of the coordination hub by liaising with both clinical support and management staff, as well as, volunteers, referrers, local CHC teams, and patients families and carers during and after care.
You will oversee and facilitate the referral process, coordinate and schedule care as needed, ensuring precise data entry into both operational and clinical systems. This will involve use of Robotic Process Automation systems such as eCommunity, EMIS and SystemOne.
This position demands a high level of diplomacy, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. What were looking for: NVQ Level 3, or equivalent (is desirable, but not essential) Working knowledge of windows applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc), Emails and the Internet.
