We are looking for a dedicated Trainee Joiner to join our clients team in Stoke-on-Trent.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in bench joinery while working on bespoke furniture for high-end hospitality businesses.About the RoleAs a Trainee Joiner, you will learn how to create custom furniture, seating booths, chairs, and more.

You’ll work alongside experienced joiners to master the craft of bench joinery and help produce high-quality pieces for prestigious clients.Your role will include:Learning to construct bespoke furniture and seating from scratch.Working with a variety of materials, including wood, to craft high-quality products.Developing essential joinery skills, including cutting, shaping, and assembling components.Contributing to projects for high-end hospitality clients.What They Are Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have:A genuine interest in woodworking and craftsmanship.Ideally, some relevant experience or a course in joinery/carpentry from college.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.What They OfferFull training in bench joinery and furniture building.A competitive starting salary of £12.21 per hour.Daytime working hours with an early finish on Fridays.The chance to work on exciting projects for prestigious clients.A supportive team environment where you can grow and develop your skills.
