Senior Account Manager – £45k Base + Commission (Year 1 OTE £60k, Year 2 £100k-£120k+)

Are you an experienced Account Manager looking for a high-impact role with fast-track career growth? Our client is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow client accounts while managing a small but expanding team.

About Our Client

They are a rapidly growing B2B lead generation company, providing high-performing solutions to their clients. As they scale, they need top talent to drive client success, optimise processes, and build a best-in-class Account Management function.

• Manage and optimise 20 - 30+ client email campaigns.
• Lead a team of two internal support staff and two remote Account Managers, with a clear path to expanding the team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular online meetings and communication.
• Drive client retention, renewals, and account expansion.
• Develop and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and performance.

• £45,000 base salary + uncapped commission
• Realistic Year 1 OTE of £60,000
• Year 2 OTE of £100,000 - £120,000+ with further team growth and increased responsibility
• Clear progression path to build and lead the entire Account Management function
• Autonomy and ownership in a fast-scaling company
• High-impact role with direct influence on client success and business growth
• Monday to Thursday between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, and Friday between 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
• Full gym membership, and if you train with them on Tuesdays and Fridays, you can start at 9:00 am

• A proven Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with a track record of success
• Confident leading a team, with experience managing or mentoring others
• A strong communicator who excels at building long-term client relationships
• Proactive, results-driven, and excited by the challenge of scaling a high-growth company
