About the Role:
We’re looking for a full-time Reception Lead to join us in looking after our patients, our team and our practice.
The ideal candidate would work alongside the Practice Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the practice. Your role would involve assisting in managing the practice and running the shop floor on a daily basis. All elements of Leading, developing and being an active member of the reception team including being the first customer facing point of contact, managing our contact lens patients and systems, px communication, sales, diary management and appointment booking and other administrative tasks.
You will also have an understanding of the other roles within the practice. Full involvement in assisting the management team in looking after the premises.
You’ll be an integral part of the management team and will help us drive the practice forward, always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate.
We are looking for someone who shares our dedication to putting patients first and spending the time needed to get to find solutions for their individual visual needs.
Just as important to us is the way you interact with patients. Providing a friendly, informative, and empathetic service is a must.
Ultimately, you must be an ambassador for our brand and profession within the practice and the local community.
About Us
We are a committed independent practice, dedicated to providing our patients with high-quality care and an exceptional experience in practice.
Additional Information:
Our examination times vary from 30 minutes to 1 hour. We offer OCT, Optomap, colourimetry & myopia management and we have a large volume of contact lens patients.
We have 5 consulting rooms in Brighton, plus a screening and A&R area. The practice is on the High Street in an easily visible position. It is over 3 floors and is a busy practice.
Brighton is a vibrant and busy city with different pockets of shopping areas and has a mix of independent shops, big names, chic boutiques, beautiful lanes with hidden gems and of course, the long expanse of seafront.
Our frame and sunglass ranges include Tom Davies, Lindberg, Tom Ford, Rayban, Oakley & Maui Jim. We dispense a wide variety of spectacle lenses including multifocals, personalised lenses, enhanced readers, occupationals and myopia management spectacles.We work in partnership with all the contact lens suppliers. Our PMS system is Optix.
We are a team of 15-20 in Brighton, many of whom have been with Eyesite for a number of years.
The full-time role requires you to work 4 days in the week and every Saturday.
