Brake Press Operative

£15-16 Per hour DOE

Our Local Grantham Client is looking to recruit a Brake Press Operator to join their existing team working Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am – 12.30pm.

• Setting up and operating of the CNC Press Brake Machine
• Reading Technical Drawings to ensure that Machine settings, tooling and requirements are fulfilled.
• Loading and unloading of materials
• Using measuring tools ad gauges to verify dimensions
• Perform Quality checks.
• Problem Solve
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized environment.

• Must have previous Brake Press experience (Ideally minimum of 12 months)
• Able to read Technical and Engineering Drawings
• Have excellent attention to detail and to work with precision.
• The ability to follow instructions well and maintain work records.
• FLT is advantageous.
