The successful Customer Contact Advisor will possess the following:

  • A thorough understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High level of commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment
  • GCSE in English and Maths, grade A-C or equivalent
