The business has an office based in Richmond in London, but also has links to Leicester. They are open to someone being in proximity to either London or Leicester. There is also some hybrid flexibility.

Job Description
  • Manage key retail accounts within the fashion industry
  • Lead a team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal departments to drive sales growth
  • Work closely with the design team
  • Present product to the customers alongside the designers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients
  • Provide reports on account activity and sales performance

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have:

  • Experience in leading a team
  • Strong knowledge of the retail and fashion industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A great eye for product
  • A proven track record in account management
  • Ability to strategise and implement plans effectively
  • Advanced Excel skills
