The Resident Relationship Officer (SO2) plays a crucial role in fostering positive relationships between residents and the organization. This position requires a proactive and engaging individual who will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries with dedication and professionalism.
The officer will work closely with various departments to ensure that residents have access to necessary services, resources, and information. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate for resident needs, facilitating a culture of collaboration and respect within the community.
This position demands excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a deep understanding of community dynamics. The Resident Relationship Officer will also be involved in organizing and promoting community events that enhance resident engagement and well-being.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Facilitate communication between residents and management, ensuring their voices are heard.
Organize community events and activities to enhance resident engagement.
Monitor resident satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in services.
Provide residents with information about available resources and support services.
Develop strong relationships with residents, promoting a sense of community.

Document and report on resident feedback and issues to management for resolution.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service or community relations.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Ability to empathize and connect with diverse residents.
Knowledge of community resources and local services available to residents.

Proficient in using technology and software tools for communication and reporting.

Hours Per Week: 35.00

Start Time : 09:00
End Time : 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £18.76
