Senior Revenue Operations Manager

The Role
As Mintago's Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind optimising and streamlining our revenue-generating processes and operations. You will lead the revenue operations function, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to ensure alignment across strategies, processes, and systems.Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, maximising customer lifetime value, and achieving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Operations Strategy- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy and roadmap to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Define key revenue metrics, goals, and success criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimise performance and drive revenue growth.
- Design and implement scalable and repeatable processes for lead generation, opportunity management, pipeline forecasting, and revenue attribution.
- Continuously refine processes based on evolving industry trends and best practices..
- Lead both the strategic direction and hands-on implementation of revenue operations tools and systems, including HubSpot (CRM), marketing automation platforms, and sales enablement tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Utilise tools like Power BI to generate advanced insights and visualisations.
- Manage and integrate other revenue-related automation tools for custom workflows and integrations.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement sales enablement programs.
- Provide training, onboarding, and coaching to empower sales teams.
- Equip sales teams with structured playbooks on how to use the CRM as prescribed to drive revenue growth and success.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports to track revenue performance, with systems in place to allow for forecast accuracy.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and report on trends.
- Foster strong cross-functional alignment and collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.
- Ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey and maximise customer lifetime value.
- Conduct regular analyses and assessments of revenue operations processes, systems, and performance.
- Identify areas for improvement, optimisation, and innovation.
- Lead data-driven initiatives to improve revenue performance and operational efficiency.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in revenue operations, sales enablement, and business analytics.
- Leverage knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
What we're looking for:
- At least 5 years experience in B2B revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot, including customisation, advanced workflows, automations, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Jiminny, Quotapath, Vitally, Trumpet, LISN, Zapier and other sales enablement platforms.
- A proven track record of success in driving revenue growth from £1m ARR to >£10m ARR.
- Multiple successful growth experiences across different types of businesses.
- Track record of operational excellence in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and sales methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, anticipate trends, and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
