Legal Secretary

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a growing L500 firm, based in Huddersfield, to provide effective support to fee earners in the Commercial Property team.

You must have experience in either Residential or Commercial Property to be considered for this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Corresponding with third parties and clients.
• Requesting Searches, AML (Anti Money Laundering) Checks and submitting Land Registry applications
• Digital dictation (Bighand)
• Using a case management system
• Prepare searched and Land Registry applications
• Document management and creation
• Handling telephone calls, enquiries and requests
• Dealing with incoming emails and post and replying to correspondence as appropriate
