National Account Manager

Our client, one of the UK's leading technology led homes and gardens household name brand, is seeking a dynamic and fast-paced National Account Manager to manage and grow a newly launched channel. This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive growth in a key omnichannel business segment.
Location: Camberley- hybrid working with some travel
THE NANTIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Manage and develop the new omnichannel business segment.
- Foster strong relationships within the customer organization to grow sales.
- Liaise with category managers to manage forecasting, introduce new products, and support promotions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide ongoing value to the customer.
- Manage the forecasting process, stock management, and product launches.
- Analyze sales data and assess customer operations to identify opportunities and risks.
THE IDEAL NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER WILL HAVE:
- 3+ years' experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Asset Manager.
- Solid experience working with a major omnichannel retailer.
- Essential e-commerce experience and ability to manage a large product range online.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with all levels of customer organization.
- Experience in marketing, trading, and program/project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
