What skills and experience we're looking for
Cathedral Schools Trust (CST) are looking for a highly organised HR and Recruitment Administrator to join our welcoming, dedicated Central HR team. The Trust offices are based at St Katherine’s School, Pill, with this role operating on a hybrid basis.The expectation will be that the successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home, in the Trust office, and across the Trust schools as and when required.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Cathedral Schools Trust (CST) central team, providing efficient, timely administrative HR and Recruitment support to both the central team and all schools within this successful and growing Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team in this varied role. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, enjoy multitasking, will remain calm under pressure with a good sense of humour, and have the ability to build strong and positive relationships with all schools across the Trust.
You will have effective communication skills, with the ability to support the answering of queries from staff within the Trust. You will be self-motivated, proactive, able to work effectively and collaboratively with a variety of staff members across the Trust and maintain confidentiality at all times.
