Strong background in enterprise architecture and technical designHands-on experience delivering end-to-end solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and cost-effectiveExpertise in at least one widely-used technology stack e.g., Microsoft .NETStrategic thinking and awareness of how technology trends can shape future outcomesExcellent communication and influencing skills, especially when working with senior stakeholders
