Our award-winning corporate department in Arlesey is looking for a Customer Liaison Officer / Vehicle Quality Controller to jointhe team, helping them to deliver exceptional levels of customer service, ensuring our customers come back time and time again.
What you will be doing:
- Collecting, delivering, checking and controlling new and demonstration vehicles as directed.
- Ensuring that all vehicles are adequately checked for condition and specification at the time of delivery, and all
- Checking the truck and trailer, completing the daily check sheet, ensuring the load is secured correctly.
- Use of driver card and digital recording equipment (i.e., Tachograph)
- Carrying out vehicle checks prior to delivery, including; checking all paperwork matches the vehicle you’re delivering,
- Liaising with the Sales team regarding vehicle delivery and collection arrangements.
- Handing over vehicles to corporate customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, and showing competency, knowledge and
efficiency. Ensuring paperwork or PDA is correctly completed and signed.
What we need from you:
- Full manual driving licence, Class C or C+ Driver
- Experience of van/trailer driving is essential
- Good geographical knowledge, road networks, and route planning
- Outstanding communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Punctual with good time keeping. Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
- The ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
