Due to extensive growth plans, an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced in-house recruitment team within the UKs leading home improvements organisation. About the Role As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you’ll deliver a professional in-house recruitment service, coordinating campaigns with commercial efficiency and aligning with our Group HR Strategy.
You’ll be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent, supporting our business objectives and KPIs. You’ll champion innovative recruitment strategies, build strong relationships with candidates, and promote our organisation as an employer of choice.
This role offers the opportunity to grow recruitment into the wider Talent Development umbrella, contributing ideas and collaborating across HR functions. The role will include: Lead and manage recruitment campaignsAdvise managers on resourcing and retention strategiesEnsure compliance with Group HR policies and proceduresOptimise advertising spend and recruitment tracking systemsSupport agency worker utilisation and minimise production risksAlign recruitment with Learning & Development for seamless onboardingAnalyse recruitment KPIs and recommend strategic interventionsChampion the Logic Melon system and provide trainingCollaborate on group-wide HR projects and initiatives Requirements: Knowledge and experience of working with an Application Tracking System.Degree or equivalent experience in RecruitmentProven experience recruiting industrial/blue-collar & white-collar rolesStrong understanding of employment lawProficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPointGreat organisational skills and commercial recruitment experience.Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
