EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, 3 YEARS’ + PQE, BEFORDSHIRE, FULL/ PART TIME, UP TO £49,000 DOE (PRO RATA)

The ideal candidate will have:- 3 years or more PQE
- experience representing both employees and employers in contentious and non-contentious matters
- knowledge of the law on restrictive covenants, unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, whistle blowing and TUPE
- prepared contracts of employment and staff handbooks
- advised on settlement agreements
- drafted ET1, ET3, particulars of claim and grounds of resistance and
- appeared at the Employment Tribunal, at least on preliminary matters.
