About The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI):

The Educational Equality Institute is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating equal educational opportunities for underserved communities. Through programs like Language Connect for Ukraine and upskilling initiatives, we’ve positively impacted thousands of lives.

We’re looking for passionate Volunteer Recruiters to help us grow our team of volunteers who are critical to our mission. This is a non-paid, remote volunteer role where you can make a tangible difference while developing valuable skills and connections.

Candidate Profile:

  • Enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about education and social impact.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Recruitment, HR, or volunteer coordination experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools like Workable or a willingness to learn.

Requirements
  • Proactively identify and recruit volunteers to support TEEI’s programs and initiatives.
  • Post volunteer opportunities on recruitment platforms and manage applications.
  • Screen, interview, and onboard volunteers in line with TEEI’s mission and values.
  • Collaborate with the TEEI team to ensure the right match for each role.
  • Act as an ambassador for TEEI, promoting volunteer opportunities through online and offline channels.
