Production Planning Specialist - Bradford

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding FMCG based in West Yorkshire.
Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain, working closely with the Operation and Sales teams, you will be responsible for the manufacturing plan of 2 sites who operate 24/7 operations with complex manufacturing processes. The plan will consider the forecast, current commercial issues, manufacturing capabilities, and stock levels.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the plan prioritises customer requirements and product categorisation.
- Attend daily planning meetings.
- Measure success in maintaining stock availability at target levels.
- Measure manufacturing performance to plan.
- Control the creation of new products.
- Maintain MOQ, stock holding, and other measures in the ERP system.
- Attend Sales & Operational planning meetings.
- Measure and report forecast accuracy.
- Measure and report on customer service levels (OTIF).
- Strong ERP and Excel knowledge.
- Experience in forecasting and planning, with knowledge of manufacturing and customer service awareness in an FMCG environment.
- Strong Stakeholder management skills.
