About The Role:
A highly desirable and top tier international architectural practice is looking for a Project Administrator/Document Control to join them on a permanent basis at their office in central London.
Within this role your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with project and design teams to implement effective control systems and oversee the internal correspondence distribution process, fostering positive relationships both internally and externally.Working alongside the Senior Project Administrator you will play a key role in maintaining project documentation, ensuring precise tracking of information, and producing accurate reports. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an admin/ data entry role and will enjoy working in a collaborative and creative environment.
Proficiency in Excel is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish project-specific document control processes
- Update and manage trackers to monitor information flow and outstanding actions
- Oversee internal filing systems and ensure consistent use across the team
- Coordinate the distribution of information to team leads and streamline internal workflows
- Contribute to the preparation of weekly reports to support project management processes
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Excellent administration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong team player with independent initiative
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and accuracy
