Responsibilities include:
Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and instructions to the class
Supervising students during lessons, managing behaviour, and maintaining a constructive atmosphere
Assisting students with their work as needed, providing guidance to keep them on task
Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure each lesson’s objectives are met
This role provides an excellent foundation in classroom management, where you’ll work closely with teachers, support staff, and students.
