Construction Senior Associate/Director
Overview:

Responsibilities:
We are looking to recruit a Senior Associate or Director with material experience of transactional/non-contentious construction work. Experience also in contentious work would be preferred, but not essential.
In particular we are looking for:
- Director – A solicitor with at least 10 years' experience in transactional/non-contentious construction law, who has experience of supervising others, working as a team, and leading on matters independently with minimal supervision from Partners.
- Senior Associate (Non-Contentious) – A specialist in transactional construction law with a minimum of 4 years' experience.
You'll get exposure to a number of growing and emerging sectors – for example, student accommodation or PRS – and large scale litigation and arbitration and adjudication (including enforcement).
Your clients are likely to be listed companies, local authorities and educational institutions, banks, developers, contractors, specialist sub-contractors and consultants based nationally and internationally.
