Key Responsibilities:
As a Parts Sales Executive you are responsible for:
- Acquiring new customers
- Increasing revenue per customer
- Developing new sales territories to maximise the parts market potential.
- Analyse the market in terms of competition and customers in order to identify competitive advantage.
- Develop appropriate marketing strategies in order to use them in a sustainable and economically sensible way for the company.
- Achieve personal target KPIs and revenue objectives within the designated customer sets.
- Identify and recommend parts to meet customer sales requirements accurately.
- Utilise product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets.
- Identify and capitalise on upsell opportunities to contribute to overall sales growth.
- Stay updated on new or updated parts through training courses and regular information updates.
Requirements:
To be well-suited to this role as a Parts Sales Executive, you should have:
- Experience in selling multi franchise parts as well as customer support.
- Experience in market development as well as in the application of targeted sales support.
- Ideally experience in a commercial vehicle environment
