• Analysis and Design of innovative warehouse automation processes to enhance productivity.
• Monitor and manage the development of automated warehousing systems.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth tender processes for customer.
• Identify and rectify potential issues that may disrupt automated warehousing processes.
• Report on the efficiency and productivity of automated systems.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies in warehouse automation.
• Operate as a an internal consultant providing advice and guidance to internal and external customer

The Successful Applicant

A successful Warehouse Solutions Manager should have:

• A strong background in logistics solutions design, specifically in warehousing.
• Experience in the design and potentially implementation of automated warehousing solutions.
• A clear understanding of safety standards in a warehouse environment.
• Warehousing design and modelling tools (AutoCAD, CLASS, sketch up etc.)
• Proven ability in team coordination and leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a knack for identifying potential issues.
• A passion for staying updated with the latest warehouse technologies.

• A competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000.
