Part Time Receptionist - Bournemouth - Temp - £11.53 per hour

Our client based in Bournemouth are looking for a temporary Part Time Receptionist to join their student support services team. The role is Term time only.

An Enhanced DBS is required for this role.

The main aspect of the role is to be the first point of call to the visitors to the school.

Main responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all internal and external customers.
• Provide information to the public and prospective students.
• Signing in and out of all people coming through the school
• Dealing with all enquiries over the phone.
• Answering incoming and outgoing calls through the switchboard
• Accept all deliveries as per procedures and distribute where necessary.
• Assist with a smooth operation of school admissions
• Oversea email messages and answering and referring when required.
• Undertaking general office duties

Key Skills:

• Experience within a receptionist role
• Enhanced DBS or on the update system
• IT Literate
• Team player and excellent relationship building skills
• Excellent communications skills at all levels.

The working hours for this role are Monday - Wednesday - Term time only - 22 hours per week.
