Part time permanent post available 24hours per week for a band 6 senior staff nurse on the Paediatric Unit at Prince Charles Hospital.
The Post Holder will act as a deputy to the Ward Manager.
They will be required: To act as the deputy to the ward manager regularly taking charge of
the department and ensuring that the standards and quality of caregiven to Children & Young People, together with the environment, in
which the care is delivered, are maintained to a high standard.
Be an effective leader and role model to junior staff and others.
Work flexibly as a member of the ward team and in support of the
ward manager to ensure standards are being maintained, evaluated
and where necessary improved.
