Alexa Product Marketing Manager, Alexa HVA & Retention team
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the product marketing roadmap for Music on Alexa. You will be responsible for the strategy & deployment of product marketing to drive upsells and retention of Music subscriptions on Alexa. You will partner closely with other marketing, product and tech teams to bring innovative new experiences to market and drive adoption for existing experiences.
What’s more? This role has a direct impact on the Alexa, Amazon Music & Prime P&L. You will demonstrate a strong interest for customer insights and creativity to develop strategy, bring together cross-functional stakeholders from Marketing, Product, Tech and BI to execute plans.

- Develop and own the upsell & engagement strategy for Music subscriptions on Alexa
- Work alongside the Amazon Music marketing PMM to align cross-functional stakeholders (including Product, Engineering and Creative) to deliver product-marketing launches
- Influence the product teams to develop and influence the product roadmap based on highest customer needs and insights
- Define business metrics, measurement plan, and testing plan for product and programmatic launches
- Work with the internal operational team to ensure quality, on-time delivery of marketing programs across multiple channels
- Experience managing large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration skills and working effectively across diverse teams
- Proficient in digital marketing tools with the ability to learn new tools fast
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
- Experience with subscription business
