This is an exciting new role which will lead on employee engagement working with our diverse and vibrant workforce of 13,500 colleagues across multiple sites. Through your work you will help to bring data to life, be a master story-teller and create meaningful insights to inform change.

The chosen candidate will lead on the establishment and development of an employee engagement programme and cycle which reaches trust-wide. You will be key to enabling meaningful engagement with employees, leaders and managers at all levels. This will include staff surveys (national and local), triangulation of employee feedback and data sources and other specific interventions.

You will lead on provision of impactful insights informing organisation change and performance improvement including culture change.

The successful candidate will become a member of the culture, leadership and learning department and support cross-functional projects.

  • applied for a Graduate visa
  • or you will have successfully completed your course and have applied for a Graduate visa before the anticipated start date of your employment
  • or the Trust has agreed that they will Sponsor you as a Skilled Worker and you will complete your studies within 3 months of the anticipated start date of employment
