Key Responsibilities:
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning and provide additional support.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in preparing learning materials and classroom resources.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback where necessary.
- Support the overall development of students, both academically and personally.
Essential Requirements:
- A recognised teaching assistant qualification (Level 2, Level 3, or equivalent).
- Previous experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary school setting.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility in your approach.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude.
