We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Executive to enhance our brand presence and help drive growth across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Campaigns: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with the company’s goals and enhance brand recognition.
Digital Marketing Management: Manage content creation, posting, and engagement for key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Little Red Book/Xiaohongshu) and support the growth of our e-commerce presence.
Content Production: Oversee and participate in the creation of promotional content, including video, photography, blog posts, newsletters, and product descriptions.
Market Research and Analysis: Monitor industry trends, compete analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategy and campaign improvements.Brand Identity: Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual standards across all marketing and communication channels.
Collaborative Projects: Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, operations), as well as external partners and suppliers, to deliver successful marketing initiatives.
Performance Tracking: Produce monthly analytics reports on campaign effectiveness, web/social traffic, and customer engagement, offering actionable recommendations.
Essential Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce, ideally within luxury or lifestyle sectors.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), social media tools, Microsoft Office, or related digital marketing software.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) strongly preferred.Creativity & Initiative: Strong organisational skills, creative flair, attention to detail, and a proactive, ‘can-do’ approach to problem-solving.
Market Understanding: Knowledge of cross-border e-commerce platforms (e.g. Little Red Book/Xiaohongshu, 1stDibs), and experience with visual merchandising or photography is advantageous.
